Jae has been teaching yoga since 2001. He approaches teaching as a conversation, that is, a [mostly non-verbal] dialogue between people. Although style and form are emphasized in class, asanas and dharma depend on what students bring to the conversation. Primary principles that are noticeable in Jae's teachings are alignment and rhythm (shakti).
