Classes and Workshops


I-Liq Chuan, Chen Style Lao Jia Yilu (72) Tuesdays, 7 p.m. on the Central Campus tennis courts.

Chen Style Lao Jia Yi Lu, 13 posture short form

Saturday mornings (9:00 a.m.) at the lawn near the gazebo and Main St. entrance to East campus. In case of incelement weather, class is obviously cancelled.

I Liq Chuan study group

Weds 8:00-9:30 p.m., Check with Ben for location.

Monthly get together on the second Sunday of the month, 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. at Triangle Aikido.

These low resolution b&w videos are provided free of charge to help students remember the Taijiquan routines. You may need to download the DivX decoder and install it (after which, your regular video player, e.g. Windows Media Player, should be able to play the video).

Southgate gym is the building on the Duke East campus that is closest to the corner of Main and Broad St. It is across the street from Wellspring. Note that Southgate gym is attached to the Southgate dormitory. It is not the main East campus gym (i.e. Southgate Gym is different than Brodie Gym).
