Welcome to my home page! I am an assistant professor at the Department of Public Policy and the Department of Political Science at Duke University. I also co-chair the Duke University Seminar in Global Governance and Democracy, direct the Public Policy Honors Program and serve as the Principal Investigator of the Project on International Election Monitoring. My research interests focus on international relations, international institutions, transnational actors, and international law.
