Little Glassywing (Pompeius verna)

This generally fairly common to uncommon skipper is found throughout most of NC (rarer in coastal plain). It is two-brooded, one in late Spring, one in late summer.

Along with Northern Broken-Dash and Dun Skipper, it is known as one of the "witches", all of which may be difficult to ID!
