Swarthy Skipper Nastra lherminier

In NC, Swarthy Skipper is fairly common in the Eastern half of the state and uncommon to rare in the Western half. Adults are on the wing May/Jun and Jul-Oct. Swarthy Skippers are quite small, dull colored, and have light veins that "stand out".
