Calico Pennant (Celithemis elisa)

Widespread and common across NC, this small dragonfly is easily recognized by its wing pattern.

Perhaps a large Amanda's, or an aberrant Calico lacking nodal and outer wing spots? This bug was a few meters away from the individual above. It appeared to be the same size as the Calico above.
