
Our apartment, rented from l'Hôtel Belley, was built right up to the 17th century walls of the old city. We even had cannon pointing above us.
We enjoyed a number of meals at sidewalk cafes, such as this place on Rue St-Paul, in lower town.

Amelia's favorite aspect of French cuisine was crepes (though she also showed a surprising fondness for that French Canadian specialty, poutine).

Montmorency Falls (just outside the city) are quite impressive -- especially as seen from the overhead footbridge. They're actually higher than Niagara.
