Welcome! I recently completed my PhD in the Department of Cell Biology at Duke University.
For my thesis work, I studied mammalian development in the laboratory of John Klingensmith. In particular, I investigated birth defects, including abnormalities in neural tube development. The goal of my research was to understand how various cell signals are translated into changes in cell shape.
