Leigh Plunkett Tost

Leigh is a doctoral candidate in Management and Organizations at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Her research focuses on leadership, organizational change, sustainability, and justice. Her research has been accepted for publication in Journal of Applied Psychology, Personality and Social Psychology Review, Business Ethics Quarterly, Negotiation and Conflict Management Research, Research in Personnel and Human Resource Management, Research on Managing Groups and Teams, and International Journal of Conflict Management. Her dissertation research focuses on the psychological foundations of legitimacy judgments and the implications of these judgments for organizational change and leadership. Prior to joining the Fuqua School of Business, Leigh obtained a Bachelor’s degree at Harvard University and a Master’s degree in Political Science at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
