I am a graduate student in Political Science at Duke University.  My field of interest is international relations, specifically the connections between domestic politics and international conflict. In my dissertation I examine the affect that government cohesion has on targeting of democracies in international disputes. My other interests include signaling, bargaining, U.S. foreign policy, and Middle East politics.
