Noella Gray

Hello and welcome!

I am a PhD candidate at the Nicholas School of the Environment and Earth Sciences at Duke University. I consider myself a human geographer, although both my background and interests are interdisciplinary. My PhD research focuses on the politics of knowledge and participation in marine protected areas (please see my research page for more information). My interests lie in political ecology, social studies of science, common property, and conservation and development. In addition to conducting research in these areas, I also enjoy teaching - please see my teaching page for more information on my teaching interests and experience.
