Society for Eighteenth-Century French Studies (SECFS)

Membership in SECFS is open to all persons interested in any discipline related to the study of France and the francophone world in the eighteenth century. Currently, there are no dues, and the Society functions mainly as an e-mailing list. SECFS is affiliated w ith the American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies (ASECS), with which it meets every spring. It also meets occasionally with other related societies.

La Société d'Études Françaises du XVIIIe siècle accueille toute personne quel que soit son domaine de recherches s'intéressant à la France et au monde francophone au XVIIIe siècle. En son état actuel la société est sans cotisation, ne fonctionnant pour l'essentiel que comme réseau courriel. Elle est cependant affiliée à la American Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies au congrès de laquelle elle tient sa réunion annuelle.
