Resist Magic and Fire. Men made out of molten rock. They attack from a distance by hurling balls of molten rock at the player. They also move around a lot, making them tough to kill from range.
Bone Gasher:

Burning Dead:

Resist Magic and Fire, Immune to Lightning. Men in robes holding powerful staves. They teleport around, just out of reach, and cast a constant stream of chain lightning. Fortunately, when you corner them, they go down easily.
Carvers:

They have the same traits as Fallen One's, except they are a little tougher and more persistant when attacking. Easily defeated with a slashing/piercing weapon, such as a long sword.
Corpse Axe:

Same traits as skeletons, except they are tougher to kill.
Corpse Captain:
Usual Depth Level: 3

Same traits as fallen ones, except they are blue and harder to kill. They do not run off for as long when you kill something else like fallen ones do.
Devil Kin:

Same traits as fallen ones, except they are red and harder to kill. They do not run off for as long when you kill something else like fallen ones do. Resistance to fire I think, testing this out.
Fallen One:

Some carry swords and sheilds, others carry spears. They generaly attack in numbers. They are very causious when attacking. If they see one of their kind die(or even other monsters), they retreat to regroup. Very easy to kill. Easily defeated with a slashing/piercing weapon, such as a long sword.
Fiend:

Fiend's are generally weak, unless in large numbers. They like to attack and then retreat. They generaly don't back down if you kill another of their kind. Very agile and hard to hit, especialy with cumbersome weapons. Easily defeated with a slashing/piercing weapon, such as a long sword.
Flayed Ones:

Resist Magic, Immune to Fire. Large, puffy red demons. They look a lot like the Butcher, but they aren't as tough to kill--they don't hit as hard or move as quickly as he did. Tactics are pretty much the same, though--they move in and start whaling.
Flesh Clan:

No Magic resistance. Goat Men armed with a bow. They hit from a distance and like to run in packs, making walking into an ambush a potentially fatal occurence. They frequently move around to get a better angle for firing their arrows.
Gargoyles:

Resist Lightning, Immune to Magic. Bat-winged critters who fly slowly around the player until the move in for the attack. They take a good pounding before they die, and frequently retreat when wounded. When they do, the return to their stone form to heal.
Ghoul:

They are slow in movement, but are quick in attacking. They don't generaly attack in groups and never back down. Easily killed with a combersome/choping weaopn, such as an axe.
Gloom:
Usual Depth Level: 4-8

Resist Magic. Little winged demons that attack by rushing in, then hovering around their prey. Easy to kill, but if your armor isn't good, the rushing attack will do a lot of damage.
Horror:

Horror Captain:

Resist Lightning, Immune to Magic. Huge one-horned demons that run around slowly. If one is standing still at a distance, it is getting ready to charge. This charge, if it hits, does a LOT of damage.
Pit Beasts:

Resist Magic. A more powerful, magic resistant version of the Poison Spitter
Plague Eaters:

No Magic Resistance. Little mutant dog-looking things. They attack from distance by spitting gobs of poison at the player. Sometimes they rush in and attack in close. Watch out--standing where they die or where they have made a number of attacks will cause damage!

Scavengers:

They like to attack in numbers and don't normaly back down if they see you kill off another of their kind. I would say they are proberly the weakest out of all the pre-release monsters. Easily defeated with a slashing/piercing weapon, such as a long sword.
Skeleton:

Walking dead that carry swords and shields or axes. They like to attack in groups. They don't back down and are persistant when attacking. Easily killed with a blugeon weapon, such as a mace.
Skeleton Bow:

Usually attack in large numbers and in corners or close to walls. They will back away if you come near, so you have to attack fast.
Skeleton Captain:

They Resist Magic, Immune to Lightning. Huge spined demons that launch assaults of chain lightning. They also like to close and attack in close. When they start running in, flame walls kill 'em like flies.
Winged Demons:

Resist Fire, Immune to Magic. Large, bat-winged gargoyles. They attack hard, but move slowly when at a distance, making them vulnerable to arrow fire. If wounded, they will back off and turn to stone, allowing them to heal up.
Zombie:

Same as ghoul's, except they are tougher, do more damage when they hit, and attack slower. Easily killed with a combersome/choping weaopn, such as an axe.

If you move cursor over a monster it will display the number of times you have killed its type. When you kill 20 of the same type, you will notice that now when you point on that type of monster it will now display its Usual depth level. Which I guess means what level of a dungeon the monster is usually on. If you kill 40 of the same type of monster, it will also display the monsters Hit Points.
