I am a postdoc in the Biology Department at Duke University in the Nowicki lab.
My research interests are primarily in the cultural evolution of bird song. Currently, I am exploring the interaction between sexual selection, song learning accuracy, and cultural evolution. I also develop some Free/Open Source software, most notably Luscinia, a bioacoustics package that is integrated with a database, and allows large-scale comparisons of vocalizations.
