I am a Ph.D. student at Duke University's University Program in Ecology. I am broadly interested in how organisms perceive, move through, and remain connected to their landscape. Read more about my research here.
My wife, Riki Shore, is a former technical writer and program manager at, among other places, Cisco Systems. Currently she is raising our amazing daughter Stella, and is plotting to become a pastry chef. My paper on connectivity in historic salmon populations has just come out in the Journal of Applied Ecology - check it out here |
