the best of volume 2   Flicker is a bi-monthly non-competitive film festival based in Chapel Hill, NC. During year 6 of its existence, other Flicker fests sprang up in Los Angeles and Richmond, VA. This tape is collects some of the highlights of the year at those 3 fests.
