The Rt. Hon. the Lord Patten of Barnes, CH
The only two facts that I know about political science are: 1) luckily I hate it; and 2) unfortunately I can't avoid it. The only fact I know about this speaker, is that he made a good point on Western-Eastern relationships. I loved the way he talks because it's slow and clear in format at the same time logical and significant in content. I hated the way he talks because for every single sentence, he starts with the opposite of what he actually wants to say. But I guess that's how he earned his career. (P.S. I have no idea what the title means or what his name is.)
